Big Ben and London
London is hip, fun and now one of my favorite places. Easy to get
around using the tube, people are friendly and beautiful historic
sites. There is one thing, it's expensive.

Horse Guard of London
We rented a small studio in the South Kensington area. It was nice
area and there was pub that served great food right down the block.
Forget about what you have heard that London does not have good
food. There is plenty of good food and in all varieties.

Inside The Tube
If you were wondering about the type of lens I used on this trip, it was a
Nikkor 24-120 VR lens. With built in Vibration Reduction (VR) it
allowed me to take pictures in a low light setting without a flash or
tripod.

London is Europe's largest city, spreading across an area of more than 620
square miles from its core on the River Thames.

Beefeater at the Tower of London
Yeoman Warders were originally established in 1485 as King Henry VIII's
bodyguard. They are perhaps best known for their gorgeous scarlet and gold
dress uniforms which date to 1552 and are worn on state occasions. They
are usually seen at the Tower in the blue undress uniform granted to them
by Queen Victoria in 1858.

Parliament
The Houses of Parliament, otherwise known as The Palace of Westminster,
stands on the site where Edward the Confessor had the original palace
built in the first half of the eleventh century.
